Review: My general experience is if you can find the good housekeeping cook book from various countries, you've hit pay dirt. This British version is no exception. Not only will you find well tested and tasty examples of traditional british foods, but you will also find the british VERSION of other popular foods. For example, anyone whose every ordered lasagna while traveling in england knows it tasts NOTHING like what we're used to here in the states, but its VERY tasty. This book has a recipie for that type of lasagna!
