Review: I am currently a f/t culinary student and my Sr Chef (prof) recommended this to all of us. Breath-taking platings with a perfect 'new bistro' touch- but it for the photography and ideas (no wonder these teams won these awards- they are all well deserved!) and keep it for the wonderful recipes.
