Summary: I Liked It
Review: I bought this book in 1978 when it first came out and used it a lot, but lost it somehow while moving. I'm looking to buy it again. It contains a lot of Bengali recipes written for the U.S. cook, and some Louisiana recipes, and some fusion recipes (nobody had heard of fusion cuisine in those days though.) Well-written by 2 graduate students and their spouses.
