Review: Though I'm not terribly skilled in the kitchen and don't have much time for cooking with two young children, this book has recipes even I can handle. There are several wraps recipes that are perfect for family events or bunco groups-I especially like the Cuban wraps. The pasta primavera with salmon was a hit with my family. Be sure to try the fresh carrot salad, which is easy to make and looks elegant.
