Review: This cookbook is a delight to use, with photos, for each recipe, not only of the steps and the final presentation, but remarkably of the ingredients. This has been invaluable for a completely uniniated beginner like myself. There is a good variety in the meals presented, which also is very practical for a cook just starting out. There should be more cookbooks like it, with this very effective format.
