Review: I took this book out at the library-not because it grabbed my attention-rather it was one of the few books on cake decorating available.
There is nothing wrong with this book. It does have some nice designs in it, of special interest to those decorators who work with rolled fondant.There are photos that show the process of many steps in replicating her creations. Some of the methodology was new to me.
However this book was pretty bland in comparison to other cake decorating books. For me, it definitely would not have been worth it to purchase on my own.

Review: When looking for wedding cake ideas for your upcoming nuptuals like I am, it is really difficult to find a book or magazine which has many different ideas and designs. This book has a lot of traditional looking designs as well as some more modern and unique designs. It is definately worth taking a look at if you are in need of wedding cake help.
