Review: As someone who typically carries lunch to work, I am a dedicated sandwich eater. I was delighted with this cookbook of over 100 sandwich recipes. Neatly divided into 4 sections: meat, poultry, seafood, and dairy & vegetable sandwiches, Kolpas' book offers an enticing range of sandwich ideas. Although the word 'gourmet' appears in the title, the recipes are made from ingredients readily found in the average supermarket and easy to prepare. I recommend this book to others interested in spicing up their brown bag lunches.
