Review: One sunday afternoon i was sitting reading this delightful cook book about cheese. my grandson came to me and said..."grandpa....what is cheese?" said little jonny. i chuckled with delight and joyus and then i simply told young jonny " cheese is a wonder....a way of life" then lil' jonny and i feasted on my new homemade cheese stick. then jonny replied, "wow grandpa, you sure are grand." HAHA dont you know it. in conclusion i state that cheese is a wonder for life of all colors sizes and ages...even my wife,a.k.a cheese.
