Review: This is absolutely the very best Italian cookbook I have ever seen. Each of the dishes is superb and explained in detail preparation steps. The idea of showing suggested menus works very well when you are trying to figure out what to serve with what. If you only know your basic Italian foods, then you are in for a treat. I have never failed to receive fine compliments from serving any of Lina's recipes. If you can have only one Italian cookbook, this is the one to have. These are truly authentic and expertly researched recipes. Congratulations to Lina for doing an excellent job!
