Review: Two of my favorite recipes in PKW are the Pumpkin-Banana pancakes and Pumpkin-Pear Pie. Deborah won a statewide cooking contest with this pie she makes from the pears we have growing at home. It is a featured favorite on our holiday table. I feel really special because I am blessed to have this author and cook preparing these fabulous country dishes for our family.
