Review: This is one of those books that you look to again and again for ideas and inspiration. I have tried several of the recipes and all got rave reviews from friends and families- even the kids who usually aren't big salad eaters.

The book is divided into sections for green salads, grain salads, pasta salads, potato salads and bean salads. At the end there is a section for "go-alongs" and also a section on salad dressings. There is really something for everyone in this book.
