Review: The difference between this book and Billy's last is that he wrote this one without the help of a ghostwriter. It is clear, concise and with beautiful examples. For the beginning model, it has everything from how to stand to what to put in your model's bag. My daughter has modeled with Billy since she was a toddler and is featured in this book as a young adult. He taught my daughter the techniques that took her all the way to Asia to model - he is top drawer all the way - BUY THE BOOK- YOU WONT BE SORRY!

Review: This book is a great introduction to learning about photograph model portfolios. The author is very knowledgable and has years of experience to offer his advice to the reader. Not only is it good for the beginning photographer who wishes to enter this business but also that of the model as well. It discusses issues such as advising a model of possible ventures, creating a portfolio/comp card, lighting, posing, and other techniques. 3 sample portfolios are reviewed describing the types of photos that work. It is a good read and you can start using some of the technique's in minutes after putting it down. A must have for all photographers & models wishing to enter this field !!!
