Summary: A MUST for all theatrical youngsters!
Review: Oh, what I would have given to have had a book like this when I was growing up! Funny thing is, this book (although geared for young people) could be indespensable for anyone just starting out in theatre. It is chock full of what putting on a show is all about and the glossary alone should be a part of every theatrical participant's reference library. Everyone should buy several of these books and pass them out to the children in your life...it's a wonderful way to start children on the road to doing theatre right.

Summary: Keep the Arts Alive!
Review: This book is great for young people who are interested in all areas of performance. In an age where schools are slowly getting rid of the arts, it is extremely important for parents to take charge and introduce theatre to ther young ones! As a performer, I enjoyed both reading this book and working with the author on several shows. She is a highly talented performer and director, and she explains all aspects of theatre very well in this book. A MUST for any child intrigued by the theatre!
