Rating: Summary: An intriguing inside look at Trading Spaces Review: This was an easy-to-read, straightforward book that can easily be read in one sitting. It was so intriguing to get an inside look at some of what goes on behind the cameras, the stuff viewers don't get to see in any of the TS episodes. Paige's autobiography was just enough to really whet my interest in knowing EVERYTHING that goes on behind the scenes...I just can't get enough. As an autobiography, the book really focused a tad bit more on the show rather than herself, but that was fine with me because that's what I really wanted to know. That's not to say she doesn't give us any information about herself; she does give a fairly descriptive overview of her life, but it wasn't so overwhelmingly detailed that I got bored with it, and it was balanced well with a sort of TS biography. I wish they would make a DVD set that chronicles all of the events in the making of just ONE episode, because I am SO interested to see all the behind-the-scenes stuff.
Rating: Summary: Like a grade school girl's diary Review: Totally sophomoric. Don't waste your money.
Rating: Summary: Looks like it's for teens Review: With pictures and in diary structure. This book seems like it's made for teens about their favorite star. It doesnt look like it's about a 'star' of an adult show.
Rating: Summary: fun and different Review: Ya gotta love this. It's fun and different. Little snapshots in diary style of what goes on behind the scenes all year long as the Trading Spaces cast and crew go from city to city. If you love the show, you have to buy this book which puts you on the inside track.
