Rating: Summary: To Play and Be Prepared: This is the guide to own! Review: I'm not one to usually buy books with a game, but I got this one as a gift, and am so glad I did. The book is catagorized by each world. The top of each page has a tab of which section it is referring to. Organization is great, the pictures are wonderful as well. Monsters HP and items they drop during the game is shown in the back of this book. Also, any weapons you wish to synthisize, it gives the complete recipe to what you need! Everything about this book is great. The game is easy enough without the book, but if you want to collect everything, get all the best weapons, and defeat the toughest bosses in the game, this is your best bet. The boss strategies are very helpfull. Sometimes, the bosses were easy enough, and the guide wasn't needed, but when encountering opponents in let's say, the tournaments, this is a great help. Stickers are included to help you keep track of finding all 99 dalmations. Step by step, Kingdom Hearts can be completed without an item missed with this book!Excellent! Another excellent strategy guides: Final Fantasy X-2 - Official Strategy Guide

Rating: Summary: A MUST for the Kingdom Hearts Player Review: If you bought the game, I know you will NEED this book. Thankfully, the people at Brady Games did not do a "Play Online" thing in this book as they did with Final Fantasy IX, so this game is SO much more useful. In any case, this book not only gives you rather decent instructions on how to navigate the tricky worlds such as Hollow Bastion or Wonderland, but it gives detailed lists of monsters, spells, and items. This book is really needed if you wish to open the whole game up and see everythign there is to see in this game. Not only does it have these normal stats, but it also includes information on the four additional bosses that the North America branch of Squaresoft added to give players more challenge. The most infamous of the four additional villians happens to be Final Fantasy VII's Sepheroth! The book if fully illustrated, but sometimes it's easier to follow the maps than the written instructions, but in either case, it's a big help to anyone who plays this game.. and saves one from having to go online and find the answers that way.
Rating: Summary: Very Helpful Review: If you get the game get this guide. I would of been stuck forever if i hadn't gotten this guidebook. It is so helpful and tells you where all the dalmations and trinty marks are. It also tells you how to beat all the bosses and where all the extra items are. This book is great.
Rating: Summary: ok Review: kingdom hearts is a cool game, has a few flaws every now and then, but what rpg doesn't? it's not as long as most rpgs are like final fantasy ten for example, it's easy enough to beat without a guide. some things will tend to piss you off, but then again what doesn't? basically, it's just not worth it, being that it's an easy enough game to get through using an online guide every now and then. buy it if you want, i'd recomend it to someone who has never touched a ps ever before in their life, but for everyone else, try using your head.
Rating: Summary: Kingdom Hearts is the BEST!!! Review: Kingdom Hearts is one of the best games for the PS2! It has awsome graphics, great gameplay well done voiceovers. I can just go on and on. (and in my opinion, Sora the main character is so cute!)It even has a surprise at the end.... If you haven't gotten this game yet, what are you waiting for!!!
Rating: Summary: My Kingdom for a Map Review: Quite frankly, 'Kingdom Hearts' is one of those PS2 games that is bound and determined to give you your money's worth. While this is to the good, it means lots of complex locations, innumerable side quests, and no lack of bosses to defeat. It is quite possible to win the game and have played only half of what it has to offer. Hence the need for a good guide. Typical of a BradyGames guide, Dan Birlew errs on the side of providing too much detail. When trying to extract a hint about what to do next or thumbing through to learn about the side quests, one has to be careful about finding out enough to spoil the whole problem. BradyGames first solution to this is tiny print. I have to squint so much just to find what I'm looking for that I rarely yield to the temptation to skim too far. Their other solution is maps that are sometimes incomprehensible. To put it better, the map only makes sense when you are already there. This works, but it can be frustrating when all you want to do is figure out how to get back to the Dalmation house. The guide contains all the standard bits - walkthrough, item lists, explanations, etc. In retrospect, I think it is clearly written. Even though there were moments when I was mid-game when I felt otherwise. The book is well enough illustrated to be something of a keepsake. Unlike some efforts, I feel it adds considerably to the experience of the game, which is one of the more remarkable RPG's available for the PS2.
Rating: Summary: One of the best-written strategy guides from BradyGames Review: Since I read the Pokemon Gold and Silver Strategy guide from BradyGAmes, I've been very hesitant to buy any guides from them, because I'm such a wimp i can't get through a game on my own. But when my dad saw me having trouble with Kingdom Hearts, he bought me the guide. When I opened it, aI knew that in front fo me was the information i needed to finish the game. Included in this strategy guide is a complete bestiary, detailed strategies for every boss including the Phantom (who i can't beat even with the guide) and Kurt Zisa, (who i beat after about seven tries)plus lists of all the items and power-ups in each world, whjat sort of enemies there are and the frequency of each types' appearances, and with pictures (which is a big plus from the online guides)this book is definitely worth your money. And if the book is good, the game is even better!!
