Review: I purchased "Lottery Master Guide" and " Lotto How to Wheel a Fortune". They are both fantastic books. I was " blown away" with the vast amount of tracking techniques that Gail Howard managed to uncover. I've been working for years programming my own system: I could have save a lot of time and effort if I had first found Gail's books and computer programs. a plethora of "wheels" to choose from -- great for any betting budget.
