Review: Gail Howard definitely has another winner with her "Lotto Wheel Five to Win" book. Myself and 6 other co-workers had utilized a 22 number Gail Howard Wheel to win a NJ Cash 5 Jackpot of $99,350 on 1/31/95. While everyone hopes to win a large mega game jackpot, it is much easier to win a Cash 5 Jackpot. Gail Howard has taken great pains to write in a lucid style which is easy to understand by all. I highly recommend "Lotto Wheel Five to Win" for anyone who is serious about winning the lottery.

Review: I picked my field of numbers and was ready to use this book. The wheel I selected claimed that I could pick 10 numbers, but only 9 are actually played. So I thought that this was just a mistake. Wrong again, several of the wheels claim that you can pick several numbers, but they are not all played in the game panels. I would think that these mistakes would have been cleared up since this book has been reprinted several times.
I also found that many of the wheels were no better than my creating my own wheeling system. A large number of the wheels are just common sense. For example, if I'm picking 10 numbers and only playing 2 games, common sense would tell me that each number will be played only once and that there is only a 3 out of 5 chance of winning. I didn't need this book to tell me that.
I give this book 2 stars because there are some wheels that are mathematically correct and different from her Lottery Master Guide, however I don't think this book is worth the money. As always, Gail wants you to buy more of her stuff and includes order forms for you to waste more of your money chasing the big dream. By the way, I brought this book because I had a small win and was hoping this book would have been helpful in getting the big one. I find I'm better off doing my own thing, and could have spent my winnings on more tickets instead of on a book that is not very helpful.

Review: I purchased the book and found very little information that was not already listed for free. 400 pages of wheels and formulas is just filler. It talks alot about great things listed in other books but gives no meat.

Review: On may 20, 1996 I won the Illinois Little Lotto drawing. I had just recently purchased the Gail Howard publication LOTTO WHEEL FIVE TO WIN and I used her 22 number wheel. Since that 5-number win I have hit 33-4-number winners & innumerable 3-number winners. Gail Howard's systems are the best I have seen. I fully recommend her systems to everyone serious about winning the lottery!
