Rating: Summary: Must Read Book for Seinfeld Fans Review: "The Best of the Best." Treat yourself plus your family and friends to a superb retrospective of the best show in television history from entertainment's #1 writer - David Wild. Simply put, yet another guaranteed Best-Seller from this reader's favorite Rolling Stone Senior Editor and author. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Truly a keepsake for all Seinfeld fans and fanatics.
Rating: Summary: Nice cover - shame about the book. Review: A disapointing read. Various sections read like hastily written padding and there is no real analysis of the Seinfeld phenomenon. The author also indulges in a lots of 'cutesy' chat with the reader, most of which is pretty well incomprehensible to a reader like me from the UK. If you're looking for a book like this try 'Seinfield Universe'. (A note to US fans: here in the UK Seinfeld is virtually unknown - it goes out at 11.15pm Tuesday nights on BBC2 and gets no trailers or promotion. How odd then that the BBC should release their own UK edition of 'Seinfield Universe'...)
Rating: Summary: It's good but needs more details in the episode guide Review: A good tribute to Seinfeld but the very un detailed episodeguide ruins the main part of the book. The rest is exellent includinga lot of celebrity's all wrote about Seinfeld. The cast members film credits and all.
Rating: Summary: Get out! Review: A tribute book to Seinfeld? Thank God! Just in time to help us with our impending Seinfeld withdrawals. Reading through this book has made me realize just how much I¹ll miss the whole gang. And a big gang it has turned out to be. This book covers the good, the bad, and the ugly of every character that has walked in and out of the Seinfeld world. Have fun remembering every crazy one of them. I sure did.
Rating: Summary: If you love Seinfeld, or just pop culture, this is a treat! Review: Buy this book! For Seinfeld-lovers, it's a must-have. For the uninitiated (or heretofore unimpressed), it will show you why the rest of America looks forward to Thursday nights. David Wild is a wonderfully funny writer, packing the book with details you'll love to remember, facts you never knew, and much more. I promise, it's worth it.
Rating: Summary: A one-stop authority on Seinfeld lore Review: David Wild has created a single source of trivia about the show that has no equal. As Sein-withdrawl takes it's toll, the "Unauthorized Tribute" makes it a little easier to go on with life. I would like to know if David is going to "finish" the book by adding the remaining episode descriptions to a 2nd edition? Thanks for preserving the memories.

Rating: Summary: A tribute? No, David Wild worships Seinfeld! Review: David Wild has done his research well and this book has the history of the #1 sitcom Seinfeld from it's humble beginning (it was nearly axed) to its final season. There are many inside info that makes the reader feel more intimate with the show. I personally love the wacky timeline that has hilarious reference to Seinfeld, especially this quip : after the contest was aired, masturbation became the rage in America! Get out!!! The episode guide wasn't much help though, what without the guest cast name and memorable quotes. Also a few episodes were missing as the book was out before the show ends. All in all it is a fun read about nothing and everything.
Rating: Summary: Totally Unauthorized and Everything's Right With This Book Review: Definitely the Best New Book of '98. Author David Wild, with his wit and wisdom on everyone's favorite show, has delivered another Best Seller. I strongly recommend this book for yourself as a keepsake of Seinfeld, or as a gift for freinds and family. Hats off to Rolling Stone's most rocking editor on a great book!
Rating: Summary: David Wild Must Die! Review: Seinfeld is a great show, best sitcom ever, so any book about it is gonna get at least 2 stars on the merit of it's subject matter.... HOWEVER.... I feel this to be just about the worst Seinfeld book possible because the author is a pretentious no-talent...who writes in idiotic circles....
