Summary: Best Introduction to Pedal Steel
Review: There is nothing that compares with this book. It explains how the instrument works, teaches you how to play it, and introduces the reader to the culture of steel guitarists. Plenty of old pictures of the great players, and an appendix of their tunings (as of 1975!). I can't recommend this book highly enough.
