Summary: Funny stuff...very entertaining!
Review: Having read some of Steve's humourous works on other outdoor related websites, I kind of knew what I was getting myself into when I ordered this book. Suffice to say...It doesn't dissapoint!!! The stories are fast paced, entertaining and laugh out loud funny! I tried reading this book in bed but my wife made me go downstairs because I kept her awake with my constant laughing. I attempted to put it down but Hutchins' warm style of descriptive story telling draws you in and makes you keep reading. It's almost as if he's right there with you telling stories around the campfire. the best part about the book is the characters. The dialogue and interactions of each one makes it feel like your right there in the story with them.
Also the cover art is an exceptional depiction of the stories inside the book. If you really look at it, you'll see a busy illustration of all the crazy things that happen to them!

I, myself, have become a huge fan of Steve Hutchins and can't wait for his future projects. By far, this is one of the funniest books I've ever read!

Summary: The outdoors has never been funnier!
Review: I really didn't know what to expect from this book since I bought it for my outdoor loving husband. I started to thumb threw a few pages...just to see what the book was about. Next thing I knew, I was halfway done with it and my sides ached from laughter! This book of outdoor related short stories has something that will appeal to everyone...even if you're not into hunting and fishing. Mr. Hutchins does such a wonderful job of describing the situations and characters, that you almost feel as if your taking part in all the adventures. Laugh out loud funny is an understatement...this book his hilarious! If you've ever enjoyed the work of Patrick McManus (I do!) you'll love this book.
