Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excellent! Required reading for any true Rock & Roll fan.
Review: This book does an excellent job of telling the story of what Led Zeppelin was all about. The text is extremely well written, and the photographs are incomparable. Through mostly visual images anyone, even an outsider to the Zeppelin story can get an accurate idea of why the four band members did what they did, and the passion that went into their work. Led Zeppelin was a band made up of talented musicians who loved their music. They fought long and hard to stay true to their idea of what rock and roll was all about. Anyone who feels that Nirvana or Pearl Jam is the best rock (it's all rock, no matter what you call it) band ever needs to read this book. Eddie Vedder can fight Ticket Master "for the fans", and Kurt Cobain may have taken his own life, but remember, Led Zeppelin never released "Stairway to Heaven" as a single. Wonder why?
