Summary: Waste of Time
Review: Do yourself a favor and skip this title. It is nothing you can't find on 1000s of web sites about pickup lines. The guy who wrote this book obviously has no experience being successful with women.

I mean when is THIS line going to work -- "Can I buy you a drink or should I just give you the money?"

Please.

Summary: A bit of a disappointment
Review: I actually didn't find this book to be helpful nor amusing. There's just nothing new in it that justifies going out and buying it. It was a waste of my time.

Summary: Really good and really funny
Review: I bought this book on a whim, and it turned out to be really, really good. The author has a great sense of humor, and uses it to outstanding effect here. I just got my copy yesterday, and read through the whole thing immediately, it was that funny. Beyond that, he gives some pretty good suggestions about how to pick up girls, and appears to know what he's talking about. I thoroughly enjoyed the book, and recommend it to anyone interested in the subject.

Summary: Simply the best
Review: I engraved all those lines on my heart plate and practice them everyday. Thank you Tucker, YOu are my inspiration!!!

Summary: What an idiot
Review: I have no doubt that Tucker Max probably wrote all the positive reviews for this book himself. Can't believe that he is still the loser he was in college.

Summary: Why the disrespect?
Review: I have visited Tucker Max's site on numerous occasions, and, by reading his hilarious stories, looking at the pictures of him and his many ex-girlfriends (though they are extremely attractive ex's; I think that dating Miss Vermont should be proof of that), and viewing the links to blogs and other sites he has on his webpage is evidence enough that if Tucker's pick-up lines are not of your taste, then his humor most definitely is. He says in his book himself that they are more like hooks than actual pick-ups. Think of it this way; if you say one of these whilst trying to hook-up with a lady and it results in you getting slapped or worse, then she is either too smart or too dumb. Or you're just too drunk.

Summary: Great Book
Review: I read a few posts saying that this guy has absolutely no experience with women, the only way someone would be able to say that is if they knew the man or know something about him, perhaps through...a website maybe?

If you would all direct your attention to http://www.tuckermax.com/index.html you will indeed see he has the experience with women that these people fail to credit him for, and he knows what he is talking about. The website is great for a laugh, as is the book in some cases. Maybe you'll like what you see on the website, maybe you won't. That's up to you. Don't listen to the naysayers, the author knows what he's doing as you can tell by his stories, he starred in an MTV documentary, so you know he is a real person, and real does what he says he does.

Summary: very funny!
Review: I went to college with Tucker and I can only assume that he wrote this book in an attempt to help out his fellow U of C students who think that "Do you have the Stat 220 homework?" is a risque pick-up line. For the most part, the book is amusing, and perhaps even successful for some. I wouldn't take it too seriously, since I've seen Tucker in action.

Summary: Shoot yourself, you will have made a smarter move
Review: I'm serious. Buying this book is a total waste of time. He's an arrogant jerk who attributes his success to his lack of charm and intelligence. Even a stopped clock is correct twice a day.
