Review: This book is better than any biography that I have read of any group. Instead of paraphrasing thoughts for the group, it lets the group speak for itself through the bandmembers quotes they have made throughout the years (and it tells you what year the quote was from). The book contains an introduction by the editor (Metallica does the rest of the writing) and quotes from the band members made throughout the Metallica's career. The quotes are grouped on the certain topics they are talking about. I would say it is an essential for any Metallica fan
