Summary: In-detail, organized, but also useless and rediculous info.
Review: The restating of the character creation and organization of the book is very good, but some of the information (Greenwood Ranger) is just plain stupid.

Review: This book opens up the Ranger to an entire world's terrain. The kits, as with the Paladin's Handbook, are outstanding. A must-have.

Review: This book provides a great look inside the persona of a Ranger. It's a great reference for Role-Playing and a handy guide for a few new proficiencies, skills, and items. In addition to being a great guide through the life of a ranger, this handbook also features some of my favorite art work.

Review: This book was great! If your an aspirig DM or just a Ranger PC, you should own this book. It has all the tables you need for the special abilities, armor, weapons, non-wpn prof, and the kits are great! The Greenwood Ranger kit is kinda lame, but overall I liked these compared to the 1st Edition kits. It also has a huge section on animal followers and how to train them and use them as best as possible.
