Summary: What???
Review: How about some reviews about the book? The reviews here have nothing to do with this product. Go over to the Dell forums and complain if you want. This section is for a BOOK.

Summary: Review the book, not the product!
Review: If you don't like the Dell DJ, that's fine, but please don't arbitrarily give one star to our *book* about the device. It's really quite good. :)

Summary: DELL DJ Explorer
Review: If you're looking for the biggest piece of junk with a good brand name, then look no farther then the Dell DJ Explorer. Its absolutely, by far the worst piece of electroninc equipment I have ever owned. As soon as you plug it into your computer, it freezes up your musicmatch software. Don't even bother with DELL support cause they are of no help. Then, after plenty of reboots and trying to get musicmatch to cooperate you finally get some music to your player, it likes to freeze in the middle of a song repeatedly. There is no way of turning it off or resetting it unless you happen to have paper clip handily on you. The reset button is buried way too deep into the player. DO NOT BUY IT! Spend the extra money and get an Ipod. If you already own it, I feel sorry for you, sell it on ebay, and rid yourself of the headache!

Summary: dell jukebox is a waste of $--buy an ipod
Review: the dell jukebox has been a disaster-the device often gets jammed up, resulting in having to turn it on and off again.
