Review: This books has 88 familiar jazz tunes with vocal scores and lyrics, piano scores and guitar chords. It has the perfect selection for a beginning trumpet players like me, as it offers both the inspiration and challenge with songs of different levels. It is a ideal source for jazz trumpet solo plus piano accompaniment and small ensembles. The reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because it lacks a brief introduction of the songs and the quality of the paper and printing is compromised.
