Rating: 5 stars
Summary: So far so good
Review: I haven't finished the book yet, but it's got some great tips and teaches me theory which is the best so I can learn why things are happening. Great. It also shows a bunch of open chords which, if you're familiar with them and barre chords, is a gem (I hate barre chords) :). It seems to cover everything. Good buy. Glad I got it! Can't wait to finish it.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A great instructional book for beginners and teachers alike
Review: When I first bought this book, I had mainly focused my guitar playing on notes and had no inclination of how to transpose, or even know what key I was playing in! Since then, I've learned basic chord theory (constructing chords, why things are what they are) and have moved on to advanced chord theory. This is an excellently written book that makes learning chords and chord theory easy and fun!
