The Deva Spark (Advanced Dungeons & Dragons)

Summary: Disappointing Planescape adventure.
Review: The Deva Spark is an adventure for the Planescape setting and is disappointing. The concept is very good, but the player characters are basically 'railroaded' into the adventure at the beginning. In fact, if the charaters are reluctant to continue, they may be magically forced to finish by the Deva. And at the end, the characters must behave inconsistantly to accomplish the final goal. Clever DMs may be able to salvage the interesting plot and make a better adventure with the idea, but it few will find it worth the trouble. Not recommended.
