Review: Being a new amateur performer in community musical theater, I found this book and the others in this series to be very helpful. The book is accompanied by a CD which includes the vocal performance of each of the 13 songs and then just the piano accompaniment. This is great for practicing at home and also taking with you to an audition if no accompanist is provided...which was the case at my last audition. Most of the songs are well known Broadway favorites. I think the book and accompanying CD are a great bargain!
