Review: So, I'm spending more time than I wanted to trying to find a gift on Amazon. My girlfriend is obsessed with old, classic movies -- so I was trying to find a few books on the subject. As you can imagine -- it was kind of overwhelming. I ended up buying what turned out to be 2 coffee table-sized books on the "glamorous age of movies" and this small book -- "The It Girl's Guide to Video." Well, to make a long story even longer, she flipped through both coffee table books and stuck them on our shelf -- but the "It Girl's Guide" she's using as a new reference for all our video rentals every weekend. The good news: She's happy! The bad news: If I see one more Audrey Hepburn movie I'll kill myself!

Review: This book is really awesome!!!!! Its a great guide for It Girls. I am a teenager and I love old movies and this book was a great guide for me! The book has 100 classic must see movies. The book is divide into sections for example, some are called Pure Romance, Marriage, the look, get the kleenex, getting the guy, royalty, weddings, and musicals to name a few! This is a great book to take w/ you to the video store. All the movies have a little description. I really love this book!! I really hope Meredith Alexander comes out with another book because this is a really good book! It would be awesome if she made a volume 2!
