Rating: Summary: A great graduation gift! Review: Having read several post-college books and finding them depressing and/or overly pompous in their applications of general 'self-help' principles, this book was a breath of fresh air and exactly what the recent college graduate needs. Instead of boring them with psycological babble or elementary examples of growth (like 'buying a 'little dog'' to represent growth away from paterns we didn't think we would adopt) that insult their intelligence, 'Now may be a good time to panic' has created an environment where the typical self-help, post-college help (i.e. telling people what they want to hear) is not applied. Rather, Jon and Jon have established a book to lighten the atmosphere a bit and show college grads that everything changes and that nothing should be taken too seriously by using their unique blend of humor (more of a blend of Dave Berry, Steve Martin, and Douglas Adams).
My suggestion? Buy, read and enjoy!
