Rating: Summary: First-person narratives about gays in the workplace Review: This is an anthology of narratives from gay men and lesbians discussing their employment situation. The submission from editrix Rodriguez-Noques was really good. There's even a submission by Barney Frank, a Congressman. Still, this book gets repetitive after awhile. Also, it focuses on white-collar jobs and may reinforce myths that gays are class-privileged and thus underserving of protection from antidiscrimination laws. The book is 50-50 men to women; that is a plus.
