Review: This is a great cookbook for Diabetics. I am newly diagnosed and was having trouble adjusting my recipes. I have made four of the recipes in this book so far, the skillet pork chops and sweet and sour chicken are wonderful. The recipes are easy to follow, with no fancy ingredients. I enjoy reading the little tips from Art Ginsberg and the added comments from Miss America.My only problem with the recipes are that they are made for 6-12 servings. I only cook for one, ME , so I have to break them down into 2-4 serving size portions.

Review: While his little show makes me want to jump out a window, his cookbook lives up to its name. Quick and easy, and the recipes actually work, unlike with many other cookbooks where the recipes do not turn out. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because the book lives up to its name and is affordable.
