Review: I absolutely loved this book because it came with the cutest pair of socks that showed me where to press for different things. I could look up my problems (headaches and PMS) and the book gave me the exact places where I should press. It even worked! The socks also were stretchy enough to fit my husband. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn reflexology.

Review: This book was a gift from a friend for my birthday last month. After flipping through it (it's easy to read and simple), I decided to try out a few things on my husband. It came with these Reflexology Sox that showed me where to push and knead on his foot, and Frank soon started moaning as his eyes glazed over! It's been awhile since we have found anything that we can enjoy together, and do to each other. It's relaxing and stimulating at the same time, and he's even reading the book now to see what he can pick up. Lots of fun!
