Summary: Great content - Very Poor Quality
Review: The text is difficult to read, and is smudged in some places making it impossible to read. The index markers are not consistent in any way. Some have a tiny font size while others are much larger. In fact the fonts throughout the entire book vary in ways that defy logic. Some change in the middle of a sentence!

While the book contains much valuable information, this edition is of such poor quality I would recommend buying a different version, if it exists. I am extremely dissapointed in mine.
