Review: this book is an excellent read. it tells the truth about finding and feeling your feelings. it has helped me very very much. i recommend this book to any one who has been raised in a dysfunctional family and is tired of pretending.i also recommend it to anyone who just wants to have a better understanding of themself. the author does not hesitate to tell the truth about his personal experiences which hepled me tremendously.

Review: Well, I find this book interesting and that is about it. It does not really help me in any way because it does not give any clue as how to do that. It is simply not deep enough and leaves to many unanswered questions. It is a good start for newcomers to recovery though.
