Summary: Very Vague
Review: This was a bit too basic and while it goes into details on the problems, doesnt actually tell you many details on solutions. The author is a salon consultant and shares his experiences through brief stories about people he's helped in the past. Therefore, the book helps you understand and clarify issues you may face, but doesnt actually give you a step by step guide on how to resolve them (at least not in the detail one would expect). I hate to date myself, but the overhwelming question in my head after reading this is "Where's the beef?"
I get the feeling that the book is just a tool to get your appetite wet enough to buy the author's consulting services.
