Rating: Summary: Flawed Premise Review: Holstein has the view that if you don't have good sex with your partner it is because you aren't doing it right. This book glosses over deeper issues, so if you are looking for more than how to rub oil on your lover - don't you know that already - then don't waste your money here. Holstein seems to feel that if women would put themselves in the mood, they could accept anything at all about their partner. Put your mind in neutral and any person of the opposite sex will do and can take you to heights you've never been to before. Not only is the book weak in the area of relationships, the premise is flawed.
Rating: Summary: Anyone will do. Review: Holstein recommends putting your brain on autopilot and going through these prescribed motions to rejuvenate your sex life. The idea that any couple, however mismatched can enjoy sexual satisfaction is fine, unless you actually have some standards about the type of sex partner you want. All in all I cannot recommend this book.
Rating: Summary: Sexual satisfaction is a core part of a healthy relationship Review: How to Have Magnificent Sex is a fine book for restoring interest in sex. Many women have been disappointed by men and have little desire to experience intercourse with their current mate. This book provides vital steps to refresh your sex life and your attitude towards your relationship. I highly reccommend it. To deal with the underlying issues that may cause distancing in your relationship, I strongly recommend Optimal Thinking: How To Be Your Best Self. Optimal Thinking is the best resource to put your best self in charge, make the most of any situation, and enables you to communicate most effectively with your partner. I also recommend Getting the Love You Want to give you understanding about why relationships whither and how to deal with these situations. Read these books and your life will be how you want it to be.
