Summary: This is not your ordinary self-help book.
Review: This book is fabulous. Once I got into the book I soon discovered that I couldn't wait for the next story after the introduction in each chapter. It was such a fun read and the stories kept me turning the pages. The way Diane weaves human emergencies into everyday life issues is brilliant. It makes so much sense. It was easy to see the problems and connect with them. It was also an eye opener to stressful lifestyles I unconsciously practice and what can happen if I don't make a change. Having experienced some of them personally, it brought the issues home to me.

Stop Living Life Like An Emergency is truly a practical gude for what to do to overcome self destructive ways with down-to-earth strategies on how to make productive and effective changes.

I must thank Diane Sieg for writing this book and sharing her self-care strategies in such a refreshing way - this is not your ordinary self-help book. It is fun to read, makes a whole lot of sense, and helps old stubborn gals like me see just how easy change can be.
