Summary: Hats off to Klaus Oberbeil!
Review: 10 Years Younger In 30 days is the most Interesting, easy to understand book concerning nutrition I have ever read. I played semi-professional football for 10 years and always stayed in top health, but after I retired some of the muscles started turning to flab. after my girlfriend made a comment I knew I had to do something. After doing a search for information on steps to keep fit without the everyday vigors of training like I did for football, I was lead to this book and haven't looked back since. I hope Mr. Oberbeil reads this because I want to Thank you sincerely for this book and I look forward to reading new material from you.

P.S My girlfriend would also like to thank you.

Summary: Entertaining and useful.
Review: Humorous, entertaining - most of all a useful guide to a well-thought out fitness program.
Congratulation to those who order the book.
Recipes and a step-by-step guide are included.
I bought several for my friends who tend to be a bit overweight and out of shape. Would like to see more books from Klaus in English.

Summary: MUCH better than I expected
Review: I am not a big fan of diet books, but I decided to give it one more shot. My girl-friend Susan bought me this book about a year ago because she was not happy the way I look in hip-huggers. I had gotten lazy since I met Susan, as I thought I had met the partner for life. I let my appearance go and Susan was about to drop me for my ex-husband. Well, I started working out and following the lifestyle changes. Guess what? Susan is giving me a backrub as I write this, telling me that I have great bod and we should get into the tub.

Summary: Bikini Season
Review: I had always taken pride in my figure until I became a proud mother of twins. Needless to say my figure was not the way it had been. My ex work-out partner bought the book for me through amazon.com after finding that the book stores in the Ala Moana shopping center had all sold out. Well, I am convinced that it works and so is my husband. I do not quite understand all the technical passages, but I do know that I can now keep up with the twins. I now have more pep than I have had for a long time. I suggest the you lay off the ice-cream and try the meals suggested in the book. It is difficult to follow the rules at the outset, but it sure gets easier as you see the results.

Summary: Terrific Book!
Review: I would recommend this book to any one who is serious about getting rid of unwanted, unsightly flab. I bought a copy for my wife who is following the instructions in the book. She is glad and so am I. It is a common sense book with no unusual tips you find in other books.

Summary: Thanks!
Review: My girl fiend, Susan, who works in a Fitness Studio, bought this book for me. She had insisted that I try to drop a few pounds before I signed up for Aerobics. Well, I dropped about 10 pounds in the shortest time using the tips given in the book and now I am not just dieting, but also working out. I hope to make fitness a new way of life as explained in the book. Please, girls,if you are out of shape, get ahold of this book - it will change your life.

Summary: My First and Last Diet Book - Ask My Thighs!
Review: Never thought I would turn to a diet book until my best friend turned me on to the book after hearing that I had refused to expose my thighs at a local softball tournament. It was 90 degrees and there I was, wearing a pair of sweats, vainly trying to cover-up my saddlebags. It has been about 9 months since then and I feel great and look great if I say so myself.I followed the instructions and worked out to the max.My lifestyle has changed, much to the chagrin of the local ice-cream parlor, which I single-handily supported during the winter months.
Thanks for a fun, easy to read book.

Summary: EAT RIGHT!
Review: Push away that XL order of fries, push away that stack of greasy double cheeseburgers, empty the extra large order of cola, push yourself away fron the table and order your copy of 10 years younger. For the first time in years I can see my feet because I plopped down in front of the monitor and ordered the book that made it clear that it my health depended on exercising and eating properly. Mo magic, no tricks up the sleeves. This book tells it like it is.
