Rating: Summary: The BEST book I've read on eating disorders! Review: After years of looking for feminist perspectives on eating disorders I came across this amazing book. What makes this book particularly unique is that it is edited, and contains the views of many different feminists and feminist therapists. Not only was the theory the most useful I have read, but this book also contains many helpful ideas for how feminists (and feminists working in the mental health field in particular) can best help their clients who are struggling with eating disorder and body image issues. Anyone who works with eating disordered clients cannot pass this book up--it is WELL woth the money!
