Review: This book has shown me how I can derive the maximum benefit from aromatherapy baths by utilizing multiple diciplines such as meditation, and visualization in conjunction with the bath. I have also learned to demystify the effects of essential oils from the easy to understand explanations of these oils by Ms. Lazzara. She writes in a manner that makes it easy for the lay person to understand and therefore incorporate the multi-discipline approach in the aromatherapy bath. I have clearly derived better results from aromtherapy baths since I began following the suggestions that Ms. Lazzara has provided in her book. Thank you Margo.
