Review: A powerful book . . not only to make your heart sing but your health as well. By releasing past angers and abuses in my life, my body is free of disease. For those of you who have never experienced the Smith's workshops . . you will be blown away. For those of you who have, this book will allow you to recall what it was like having them work with you hindrance by hindrance. A must read for all of you with baggage from the past that is preventing you from living your heart's desire in the present.

Review: I have been working with the Smiths and the releasing process since 1995 and have had (and am still having)GREAT results in my life. I have to tell you, this book is as close to being in a workshop as you can get! The value and power of the exercises are beyond words, but let me give it a shot! What seems like a simple exercise leads you right to and through the process of dealing with and healing something that has been an anchor around your neck for years. This book lays it out in a simple and usable way for anyone to discover their hearts desires and to jump start the joy of living into them. Not only do the Smiths give you great stories and information, but they offer practical ways to get at an issue and release it. This book is thankfully very user friendly. So I say, Woo-Hoo, this book makes a difference in your life and how you live it ... from your heart and with all the love you can imagine!

Review: I love how easy it is to use the Releasing statements everyday when any of my old beliefs or judgements come up to release. The results have been elegant, simple, and permanent.

Reading this book and using the Releasing statements daily has truly enhanced my life. As an example, in my relationship with my wife, Debra. When something happens between us, enstead of blaming her, I now use the Releasing statements knowing that it is an old hidden wound of mine needing to be healed.
