Review: It's worth every penny and more. This book is based on the recently popularized theory of PNI (psycho-neuro-immunology). The basic theory is based on the premise that people are a whole being (body/mind/soul). The text is very effective in communicating the reasons for disease, and offers MANY wonderful exercises to achieve health - at all levels (physical, emotional, etc.). I have found this book so helpful that I use the exercises in teaching a meditation class. Each of the students in the class has their own book. They have been recommending it to their friends.
