Summary: As readable as Harry Potter!
Review: Individual Differences was recommended to me by a friend so that I might better understand personality, intelligence and psychometrics. I now understand these concepts thanks to the easy, readable style of writing. As well as listing theories the author also evaluates them, referring to the emperical literature - a pleasant change.
