Summary: All you have to do is follow instructions!
Review: The advice in this book is very helpful, but only works if you keep to the advice. The exercises mentioned are easy for anyone to keep up with, whether young, old or in-between! This book is very helpful in improving mental health, as in the title, and also physical health. After following the relevant advice, I now feel much better both physically and mentally. I bought this book to help with my depression, and it has paid off, and it is a must for anyone in the same situation, but you must have the will power to keep to the advice!

Summary: Sound body, sound mind...
Review: We all know exercise does the physical body good, but the mind? Dr. Leith presents a solid case for exercise as means to better mental health, and provides the means to get there. Written in a manner anyone can follow and in terms anyone can understand. A great book if you need a push to get yourself going.
