Review: This excellent resource is very comprehensive for infant development. It covers a wide variety of topics such as: Assessment, alternate perspecitves of cognitive development and social/emotional development, interventions, risk factors and current issues. It includes a review of the literature from the significant contributions in this field of study. I used it for research and details on my thesis!! I would recommend it to those who are serious about studying the details of infant development. Osofsky has a vast knowledge of concepts and issues in this area.
