Summary: Solid Help for Learning Techniques
Review: I used this book to help me learn the forms given, and found it very useful. I have since lent it to other students, who were similarly helped. The pictures demonstrate the techniques very clearly. The one lack is that the patterns are somewhat difficult to follow as far as direction - this requires careful reading of the text, but diagrams would have helped.
