Rating: Summary: Annoyed Review: Did anyone proofread this book before it was published? The numerous errors are distracting.
Rating: Summary: REAL, INSIGHTFUL, POSITIVE AND EMPOWERING Review: Here we go again!,,another book suggesting that men are that way and women are this way.The assumption is,men and women don't think alike at all on any level, therefore the "verbal" woman has to learn the blunt sharp edged language uses of the male,as though ALL men have to same language "imparement" and all women have the same needs and emotional make up. If you want to leave behind this gender bias world,,read the Men Are Not From Mars, and Women Are Not From Venus..it will help you get cured from the virus of gender bias and help you on your own individual level.

Rating: Summary: REAL, INSIGHTFUL, POSITIVE AND EMPOWERING Review: This is a positive book that offers so much relief to worry and stress about what is happening in relationships. I have read other relationship books geared for women about getting their way with men and they stress me out. They are about manipulation and games and a lot of the suggestions do not solve anything, instead often making more resentment toward men and relationships. In these other books, suggestions were often unnatural and made me feel like I do not have the power or skill to do that. I love this book. It is incredibly insightful, intuitive and real. I have not seen these insights anywhere else. I can finally understand what is happening in my man's mind and see that he is not so bad after all! He is normal, even though I never suspected that he would be normal in any way. It was like this book was written for me from start to end and I have had many of those, "Ah, now I see!" moments. This book breeds a healthy, wholesome relationship. Understand ambivalence! This book is like a foregin language interpreter and it empowers you to take action, but not by risky tricks like not calling him. That may or may not be necessary, but there is more to it! Understand what you need to do and why, not just doing something because it is a "rule" someone wrote that is supposed to help you. There truly are differences that are inherent between men and women. It is not a bad thing to recognize that, as another reviewer said. Yes, each man is unique and each woman is unique, but I believe that these principles apply to most people. They are not difficult principles to understand, but it does take patience and work to apply them. It is written for well-established relationships and new relationships. Now about the style of writing: At first I was frustrated when reading this book because it is not a smooth read. Some sentences are worded strangely and there are many grammatical errors. Ignore them! The content and what is actually being said are well worth it. I can't say much for your grammatical errors, but thank you, Anthony Badalamenti.
