Rating: Summary: Investigative Reporting Review: It's interesting to compare Limbacher's work with Hillary's largely self-congratulatory "Living History". This book is well-researched and factually shows how Hillary worked behind the scenes to diminish Democrat chances in 2004 to boost her opportunity in 2008. It's important to note Hillary's lack of credentials compared to Senators who earned the position on merit, not due to their marriage to a former President. It's also worthwile to note that Hillary's only notable political "accomomplishment" was to botch her government-run health care program in 1993. These facts, for some reason, were omitted in Hillary's, "Living History". "Hilary's Scheme" is a good reality-check for those who had the misfortune of reading the largely fictional account of Hillary's history in "Living History".
Rating: Summary: The Truth Hurts.. Review: It's painfully obvious that the negative reviews for this book are from Hillary fans. It was well researched and I found nothing to be exaggerated or distortated. The plain simple facts speak for themselves and as for you Hillary apologists...try reading it one more time with an open mind. Americans that fail continually to look beyond personalities and media hype into the darker nature of National politics are making a grave mistake. Hillary has an agenda... The truth may be painful, but that doesn't make it any less true.
Rating: Summary: Can you say Demagogue with a capital D? Review: Let's cease and desist with the shenanigans and call a spade a spade, shall we? Don't tell me you're in support of the initial 9 Democratic candidates in '04 while you hope and pray that they flounder. As Dean inexpectedly began to pick up steam, Bill and Hillary started to become frightened. If the extreme leftist liberal Dean were to win the nomination, he undoubtedly would oust her yes man Terry McCauliff from power, and, in essence, the 12 year stranglehold of the Clintons on the Democratic Party. As Hillary vacillates on her '04 run just as her puppet Wesley Clark vacillates on his stance on the war, the other Democrats are conveniently being thrown to the waist side as Hillary sucks up all of the oxygen of the Democratic Party with her intentionally ambivalent statements concerning her intentions in 04. Limbacher expertly exposes the sheer hypocrisy of Hillary and her diabolical climb to the top of the food chain of the Democratic Pary - despite having few if any noteworthy accomplishments achieved along the way. From the dubious "suicide" of Vince Foster to being a "lifelong Yankees fan," Limbacher exposes Hillary for what she is - an unmitigated reprobate demagogue.
Rating: Summary: Hillary, please stop writing bad reviews of this book Review: Many of the negative reviews of this book sound like Hillary's shrill rantings. I seriously think she's staying up late furiously penning these bad reviews of Limbacher's expose'. Otherwise, we have to really be worried about the pitiful lack of sense and wide-eyed naivete' of a number of people. This elderly, wrinkled woman frankly isn't worth the dither, but the liberals are so desperate they'd back a jackass and call it a racehorse.
Rating: Summary: Ridiculous premise, deserves zero stars. Review: My God, what a ridiculous book this is! The book massacres logic and presents outrageous conclusions based on a hypothesis that is inaccurate and faulty. Worst of all, the entire thing is presented as "fact." What nerve! Arrogance and bad writing are combined between the covers of this book. It's a waste of time, paper, and your money --if you buy it.
Rating: Summary: She's a Fraud and this points it out Review: OK, So Billary and Hill are frauds and we should watch out. But anyone who has watched her machinations or listened to New Yorkers talk about her already knows a lot about this. What this does very well is put a lot of information together that will be grist when she does run. It is also a quick read, a bit polemic but a good read. In the end I don't think she will be successful. In part that might be a result of the reporting of Carl Limbacher.
Rating: Summary: review for english 4 Review: Overall I thought this was a pretty good book. At first I didnt believe that a person could write an entire book basically describing and then trying to prove Hillary Clintons scheme to get back into the Whitehouse. But after reading this book I was amazed at the amount of information gathered proving that theory. I came into this book with a clean slate with no like or dislike of Clinton. But after reading this book and trying to remain unbiased just going off of the information I believe that there is something more then just coincidence in her actions. Carl LImbuacher the author analyzes almost every area of her actions, both political and personal. Whether she is trying to ultimately get into the Whitehouse I cant say for sure. But there is something "fishy" about her behavior. This is very well written and I challenge any Hillary supporter to argue and defend all of the points and examples shown in this book. It would be very tough to come up with a logical explanation of some of her actions other then that she wants to be the president of the United States. This book is a success because of the fact that it makes me really think hard and I will never look at Clinton the same way. From now on in the back of my mind I will be thinking about how that will affect her possibly running for the president of the united states or not. Whether she would win or not isn't even the point of the book. The author delves into that a l little bit with some facts about possible opponents but it isn't the focal point of the book.
Rating: Summary: Another Hatchet Job Review: Poorly researched, loaded with false assumptions and biased guesswork, this is just another vitriolically stupid collection of smear and j'accuse from this author. This tripe is not worth the paper it's printed on. Could Forum PLEASE stop publishing Conservatives whose main goal is to make money from other Conservatives by strategically putting Hillary's name somewhere in the title or cover of their books? Really. Idiotic is kind.
Rating: Summary: Double Standard at Work Review: Strange how a woman's ambition to be a leader is so quickly dubbed a "scheme"; rarely have I heard that word used for any potential presidential candidate. Also strange how some actually find this imprecise, over-exaggerated language compelling. Conservatives and liberals alike: please use your brains before taking a side. "Fact" is a strong word and should be rigorously checked and analyzed from all sides, and not just with one book by one political leaning. It's usually not rocket science to figure out who's telling the truth, if you do some real reading and a little research.
Rating: Summary: I'm a Centrist & am Growing Increasingly Weary of Her Review: Sure, the author has an agenda. It should be read by moderates/centrists like myself so we can decide yea or nay on her for the future of America. This book lays out a very cogent lineage of events surrounding her, yet at times got me lost in the details. I've read a number of books from the right and left, yet I have never read a book from the left that factually exonerates Bill & Hill from the vast majority of accusations. I voted for Bill both times, but was always leary of Hill. She's increasingly striking me as the type who'd execute her enemies just as her communist heroes and/or a dictator would.
